Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Josefina López Writers Workshop (June 21-22, 2025)

Thank you for registering for the Josefina López Writers Workshop, presented by MAMU Productions, LLC. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before May 21, 2025 (30 days prior to the workshop) will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between May 21, 2025  and June 13, 2025 (7–20 days prior to the workshop) will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

• No Refund: Cancellations made on or after June 14, 2025 (7 days prior to the workshop), or failure to attend the workshop, are non-refundable.

Transfer Option:

If you are unable to attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please email us at mamuproductions@gmail.com no later than June 13, 2025 with the full name and email address of the new participant.

Workshop Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled by MAMU Productions, LLC, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
